Project Overview
This project was a custom built home out on Summit Lake in Washington. It is a 3 story, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with a bonus room. It has a two car garage and a large porch overlooking the lake. The bottom story is separate from the house and is only accessed from the door or garage below the porch. It is a great space for guests to put their things or can be used as extra storage. The home features high-end finishes, custom cabinetry, and beautiful lake views. The project included site work, foundation, framing, roofing, siding, interior finishes, and landscaping.
